“This week, we heard allegations of systemic voter fraud in Michigan elections, yet the Secretary of State and her departments say we should just continue to trust them,” said Smit, R-Martin. “Multiple individuals publicly testified that their voting records are incorrect, which could indicate that ballots are being improperly cast or attributed to their name. Benson is the one who won’t even turn over election training documents pursuant to a subpoena, and now she refuses to work with these hard-working people to correct the errors they say they found in the Qualified Voter File.”
